PETER SHEVCHUK
CEO and Chairman
Peter Shevchuk is CEO and Chairman of the Russian Vodka House and has more than 15 years of industry experience.
Born in Moscow, Russia, Shevchuk had a formal upbringing, studying at the Military Institute of Foreign Languages, where he gained a Diploma with Honours in Chinese and English. He continued to further his knowledge and formidable grasp of foreign languages at Shandong University, China majoring in language and country studies.
Prior to the Russian Vodka House, Shevchuk spent 15 years in a variety of senior management positions. He first started his professional life at Bain & Company, Moscow in 1992 where he worked as a consultant on projects in Central Asia, Vietnam, Turkey and Russia. From there he moved to JP Morgan in 1997 where he assumed the role of Vice President, Emerging Markets Proprietary Trading where he managed trading portfolios of $100 million before bringing his considerable expertise and experience to the Russian Vodka House. |
